Let's get Glance connected.
Help for the Glance macOS app and the Glance Chrome Activities extension.
Before you start
- Install and open the Glance macOS application.
- Install the Glance Chrome Activities extension.
- Open the extension popup and choose Reconnect.
- Enable ChatGPT or Claude only if you want web response status for that service.
If Glance shows “Disconnected”
Make sure Glance is running, then select Reconnect in the extension popup. If the connection is still unavailable, restart Chrome once so it can reload the local Native Messaging bridge installed by Glance.

Contact the publisher
Use the verified publisher contact shown on the Glance Chrome Web Store listing. Include your macOS version, Chrome version, and the connection message displayed in the extension popup.
